Avocado Dip

Ingredients

1 large peeled and stoned avocado

1 tomato, diced

Sea salt

Fresh black pepper

1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

Mash avocado with a fork until very smooth.

Add tomato and garlic. Blend until smooth. This may be done in a food processor, blender or with a fork.

Add sea salt and fresh black pepper.

Serve chilled with mixed raw vegetables or seed crackers.
